Hi! I'm Vicky

Thanks for stopping in! Before we get started, I'd like to tell you a little about me, and also share my "Why" with you. Why I chose to become a Certified Professional Life Coach (iPEC).  My mission as a coach is to help women living in the hard, the in-between of what was, what is and what could be.

I  live a very fulfilled life, have a loving supportive family and the best of friends.  I am a United States Marine Corps Veteran and a retiree of a large labor organization, where I was employed for over 25 years.  Recently I  relocated to an area where I know absolutely no one and started my life  over, much different than what I was accustom, a new direction.   

 

I'm known as mom, gram, sister, daughter, aunt, friend and more.  Some of my favorite experiences include spending time with my family, exploring nature - hiking, kayaking - and travel. 

 

As a woman who's been known to wear several hats throughout my life, I too have experienced significant life transitions and know how defeated, lost, emotionally drained and yes, even devastated you can feel when you find yourself immersed smack dab in the middle of circumstances you never asked for, or maybe you did, and the life changing experience has become more difficult than you ever anticipated.​

 

 ​Looking back, if there was one more support system I wish would have been available to me, it would have been to work with a Life Coach.  Family and friends can be supportive during a tough time, but are NOT coaches.  Certified Professional Life Coaches are trained in the art of asking the hard questions, providing insight and tools that encourage you to look deeper, keeping you accountable, as well as providing support and guidance as you find you way.  ​​

​Now, more than ever, I feel compelled to help those who are living an uncomfortable life to reconnect with their inner strength and courage, so they can feel empowered, Stand Steady and thrive, regardless of their circumstances.  Don't wait any longer.  Don't put off moving through the hard... it's time, time for you to TAKE YOUR POWER AND YOUR LIFE BACK!
