Hi! I'm Vicky
Thanks for stopping in! Before we get started, I'd like to tell you a little about me, and also share my "Why" with you. Why I chose to become an iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching) Certified Professional Life Coach. My mission as a coach is to guide my clients through the adversity they're currently experiencing; implementing a plan of action via personal development tools that will address your current circumstances and support you through the next steps.
As a woman who's been known to wear several hats throughout my life, I too have experienced adverse situations and know how defeated and lost, emotionally drained and yes, even devastated you can feel when you find yourself immersed smack dab in the middle of circumstances you never asked for.

Over the course of my life, I've found myself in situations where I've been bullied, in the middle of toxic and abusive (emotionally and physically) relationships, exposed to substance abuse (loved ones), discriminated against, advocating for my brother (special needs) and last, and possibly most challenging, I found myself divorced and raising my four children on my own.
The upside to my story is I now live a very fulfilled life with an amazing career, a supportive family and the best of friends. That being said, I'd like you to know that I couldn't have gotten through the tough times without relying on my spiritual beliefs and tapping into my community of friends and family. All these resources combined, along with my desire to keep dreaming of what could be, has been my catalyst for learning how to create a life that feels good to me.
Looking back, if there was one more support system I wish would have been available to me, it would have been to work with a Life Coach. Family and friends are a great in a tough time, but are not Coaches. Life Coaches are trained in the art of moving you towards rising above adversity by asking the hard questions, encouraging you to look deeper, keeping you accountable, supporting you and providing additional guidance as you find you way.

Living with adversity and managing transformational life changes can be really difficult and without someone to support and help us connect to our inner strength and create emotional resilience, we can find ourselves lost in the struggle, living in an endless cycle of pain and discomfort where nothing ever changes (you know, all the stuff that keeps you up at night).

I've learned there's a different way, a better way that can lead you to living a joyous life. It'll take commitment on your part and the willingness to stay open when working together for us to get you to a place where you experience living a life that feels pretty darn good.

I truly believe in continued personal development and emotional growth, for without these two entities, I wouldn't have been able to overcome all of the challenges and obstacles that life has tossed my way. It's living through these experiences and wanting to help others find a way to move beyond their struggles that has inspired me to become a coach. Now, more than ever, I feel compelled to help those who are living an uncomfortable life to reconnect with their inner strength and courage, so they can feel empowered, stand strong and thrive, regardless of their circumstances. Don't wait any longer. Don't put off creating your best life.... it's time, time for you to TAKE YOUR POWER AND YOUR LIFE BACK!
